We started as a small group of people united by a broad vision of transforming the data industry. Fast forward and Manta has grown to become an industry game-changer, serving customers all over the world from offices in Tampa, Dublin, Lisbon, London, and Prague.

We now have a team of over 100 Mantas globally, and we're just getting started.

Our Recruitment Process

First Interview

You'll meet with the hiring manager and recruiter for 45 minutes to one hour. We believe this time allows both sides to get more context, ask questions, and really understand what it means to work at Manta.

Second Interview

You'll be asked to demonstrate your skills relevant to the role you applied for. In the case of technical roles, this is typically evaluated during a live coding session. Candidates for sales roles will deliver a pitch. For those under consideration for design roles, you'll present a home assignment.

Third Interview 

As a final interview, you'll meet with one of our senior leaders. These conversations are typically more high-level, as you can be speaking to a senior member of different business functions within Manta.
